Annual General Meeting

The Chestervillle & District Agricultural Society’s 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) takes place Saturday, January 27th. Learn about and discuss the past year as well as take part in elections for the 2024 Board of Directors will take place. If you’re interested in becoming a member of the Society and/or join the Board of Directors, now is the time. A short Directors’ Meeting will follow the AGM where the executive will be elected.
